plot summary: East meets West as the Japanese Yakuza do battle with both their rival drug lords and the L.A.P.D. on the streets of Los Angeles. When a deal goes badly wrong the air is soon filled with machine gun fire and the money and the merchandise go missing. Now, the head of the Los Angeles Yakuza, Kenji Ryujin, must report the loss to his superiors in Japan who quickly decide that the only solution is to send their most lethal assassin - Domoto (Kiyoshi Nakajo), the man with the Fatal Blade.
